Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse & Agency Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive training and continuous education for Care Pros, ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Manage performance evaluations and support ongoing competency development to promote quality of care
- Oversee the onboarding process and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an acute care setting preferred
- Experience in training and evaluation of care providers or precepting
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and ability to maintain compliance
- Willingness to work from main offices and travel to client homes as needed
