Key Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary questionnaires to obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information
• Comply with assessment instructions and accurately complete assessment paperwork
• Communicate promptly regarding file status and appointment times, and return completed assessments within 24 hours

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
• Experience in health assessments
• Familiarity with electronic assessment tools
• Flexibility to manage own schedule and client visits
