A company is looking for a 1099 Contracted Nurse Assessor.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information
• Comply with assessment instructions and complete assessments accurately
• Communicate promptly regarding file status and return assessments within 24 hours

Required Qualifications and Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Capability to cover a 75-mile radius for client visits
• Experience with electronic assessments is preferred
• No prior experience in blood draws or specimen collections required
