Registered Nurse Behavioral Health Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Potential Quality of Care Quality Management Behavioral Health Nurse Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate Behavioral Health protected clinical information and documentation
• Coordinate clinical resolutions for Potential Quality of Care cases and Patient Safety Events
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of residence
• 2+ years of behavioral health inpatient or outpatient experience
• Experience using personal computers and navigating multiple systems and applications
• Case Management or Utilization Management experience preferred
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred
