Registered Nurse Behavioral Health Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical (Telephonic) Behavioral Health Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound telephonic clinical triage and virtual care to patients with medical and behavioral health concerns
• Conduct assessments, crisis counseling, and coordinate with crisis response teams as needed
• Document patient encounters accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in good standing in home state
• 3+ years of clinical experience, particularly with patients having behavioral health conditions
• Strong triage, assessment, and critical thinking skills in medical and behavioral contexts
• Experience in crisis response, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care
• Comfort with electronic medical record documentation and working within an interdisciplinary care team
