Registered Nurse, Cancer Screening

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse, Cancer Screening in a remote full-time position, who will manage patient education, triage, and follow-up care coordination for cancer screening and prevention, ensuring timely support and empathetic communication throughout the patient journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a vital clinical resource by assisting with triage, care coordination, and education via phone and asynchronous messaging
• Conduct clinical assessments to identify and address patient needs, including follow-up on abnormal cancer screening results
• Collaborate with the care team to develop clinical protocols and provide comprehensive support from screening to survivorship

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Unrestricted active Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility for additional state licenses; multi-state license preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, including at least 5 years in primary care with result follow-up experience
• Related certifications such as Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-C) or oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 12 months of hire
• Comfort with technology, including telehealth tools and electronic health records
