Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Care Management Market Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational policies, procedures, and clinical content in collaboration with care management leadership
• Develop portfolio strategy for resource optimization and alignment across programs in various markets
• Lead the operational team to support ongoing market needs and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Health Care field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in health care, specifically in care management
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical improvement or process redesign
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience required
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or LCSW licensure preferred
