Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Advice Line to oversee a team providing telephone-based care management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Care Advice Line, including staffing and quality assurance
• Manage inbound and outbound communications for patient care coordination and follow-up
• Consult with team members to develop and evaluate patient care plans and referrals

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current compact licensure
• Experience in a call center or triage position
• Leadership experience with 5+ years of recent clinical experience
• Flexibility for overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage
• Preferred certifications in Case Management or Wellness Coaching
