Registered Nurse Case Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing supervision and support to Case Managers, the full-time salaried Registered Nurse Case Management Supervisor will oversee case management services, implement policies, and ensure quality program initiatives in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to edit and implement policies and procedures while providing oversight and education to Case Managers
• Review and audit monthly billing, monitor employee schedules, and manage team performance through mentoring and coaching
• Lead quality assurance reviews and participate in training, onboarding, and resolution of member complaints

Required qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical role with direct patient care responsibilities
• Experience in Utilization Management or Case Management, with a preference for URAC accreditation experience
• Proven experience mentoring or managing clinical or non-clinical staff
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in an eNLC compact state; Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation preferred
