Registered Nurse Case Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Maternity Case Management department, the fully remote Registered Nurse Case Management Supervisor will oversee staff, adjust work queues, and support team members while ensuring adherence to department metrics and improving program efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Supports team members and clients in daily operations of the Maternity CM Department
• Regularly meets with staff to gather feedback and address concerns
• Oversees team caseloads and provides emergency coverage as needed

Required qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred
• Three or more years of experience in a Case Management role is required
• Previous experience in a Maternity case management program is preferred
• CCM certification required within the timeframe specified by company policy
