Registered Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Case Manager I.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of injured workers' needs and coordinate medical care and return-to-work plans
• Act as a liaison between injured workers, medical providers, and employers regarding rehabilitation and return-to-work issues
• Develop strategies to maximize medical outcomes in a cost-effective manner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current and valid state licensure as a registered nurse required
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical care to adult consumers required; experience in industrial rehabilitation or occupational nursing preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to manage caseload effectively within department expectations
