Registered Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient, physician, and facility calls as needed
• Assist with patient care related to insurance issues, paperwork, and infusion pump questions
• Document any calls taken

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence
• Minimum 5 years of work experience post-graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, discharge planning, or nursing management preferred
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
