Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Medical Case Manager in a workers' compensation environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephonic outreach for assessment and follow-up case communication and coordination
  • Conduct and document initial assessments and maintain regular contact with all parties to facilitate communication
  • Coordinate contact with healthcare providers, claimants, and employers to facilitate timely return to work
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; higher education in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Current, unrestricted RN, LPN, or CCM license required
  • Three or more years of diverse clinical experience in acute care
  • Two or more years of medical case management or managed care experience preferred
  • Knowledge of utilization management and quality improvement processes
