Job Summary

Providing telephonic case management in a workers' compensation environment, the full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager will coordinate resources and facilitate individualized treatment goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic outreach for case assessment, planning, and coordination of care with all parties involved
  • Document initial assessments and maintain regular communication to develop and implement clinical case plans
  • Monitor medical appointments and negotiate treatment plans to ensure timely return to work for injured workers
Required qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
  • Three or more years of diverse clinical experience in acute care
  • Two or more years of medical case management or managed care experience, preferably in workers' compensation
  • Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • CCM, CMCN, CPHUR, CPDM, COHN, or CDMS certification preferred
