Registered Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

Managing an individual caseload, the full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager will authorize services, review treatment plans for medical necessity, and communicate with healthcare team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and maintain accountability for case management plans, incorporating contact with providers, payers, and patients
• Assess patient needs, determine goals and actions, and document progress in case notes
• Participate in the Quality Management Program by identifying opportunities for improvement and adhering to company policies

Required qualifications

• Current active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
• Seven years of varied clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining URAC standards
