Registered Nurse Case Manager
Job Summary
To lead the Case Management service area of the Medical Management department, the full-time Manager, Case Management will provide strategic program leadership, supervision of staff, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the Case Management Team, driving program strategy and continuous improvement
- Oversee the development and compliance of Case Management policies, ensuring staff adherence to standards and quality management initiatives
- Manage program metrics and lead cross-functional projects to enhance program outcomes and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Case Management or a related field
- 3+ years of management experience in Case Management or a health-related field
- Experience working in a URAC accredited Case Management program
- Current, active, and unrestricted compact Registered Nurse license
