Registered Nurse Charge Nurse

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Charge Nurse, the full-time remote position will manage clinical call queues, ensure staffing efficiency, and provide nursing care using telecommunications while collaborating with a nationwide team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control all Clinical Call work groups and call queues daily
• Ensure staffing and service levels are met by learning and mastering the ICBM system for queue management
• Provide nursing care and clinical assessments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state of residence
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least one year of experience with Carenet and Carescripts
• Experience in telephone triage and understanding of various clinical functions
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems to ensure safe call flow
