Registered Nurse Clinical Administrator
Job Summary
To support a dynamic client-focused team, the full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Administrator will perform advisory activities for a Specialized Services Physician, assisting with medical opinion letters and liaising with clients regarding potential new conditions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with Clinical Operations and Home Care clients about new conditions for white card eligibility
- Write clinical summaries and educate clients on benefits of adding new covered conditions
- Document interactions and follow up with claimants throughout the DOL authorization process
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse license
- Knowledge of the EEOICPA program and related operating practices
- Experience with letter writing on behalf of claimants in the EEOICPA Program
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Salesforce
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
