Job Summary
A company is looking for an RN Clinical Program Consultant - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee pre-service quality programs for various healthcare facilities
- Participate in audit preparation and perform trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support new contract implementations and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state of residence
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience using data analytics and reporting tools for process improvement
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Tableau skills
- Familiarity with CMS regulations and NCQA standards
