Registered Nurse Clinical Educator

Job Summary

Working remotely from 11 AM to 8 PM EST, the part-time Registered Nurse Clinical Educator will provide personalized, high-touch support to patients prescribed complex therapies, fostering relationships and guiding them through their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for patients throughout their treatment process, ensuring a personalized relationship built on trust
• Provide ongoing education, disease information, and support to patients, caregivers, and clinical staff while addressing barriers to treatment
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower patients and enhance their adherence to therapy and overall health outcomes

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Experience in telephonic patient support and education, particularly in infusion or injection therapies
• Strong emotional intelligence and a passion for patient education
• Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience with motivational interviewing and behavior change coaching
