Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical leadership and human resources to enhance workforce development
• Act as a subject matter expert for clinical learning and competency needs across the system
• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs to support evidence-based practice

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification
• 6-8 years of clinical experience as a clinical instructor or staff nurse
• 5 years of educational expertise in curriculum development and instruction preferred
• Competency in MS Office applications
