Registered Nurse Clinical Educator

Job Summary

Collaborating with clinical leadership and the Clinical Learning team, the full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Educator will develop and implement educational programs for nurses while working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and integration of standardized evidence-based practice education across the system
• Assess individual entity and system needs to coordinate and facilitate educational initiatives
• Evaluate educational outcomes and collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance workforce development

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required
• Current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification
• 6-8 years of clinical experience, preferably as a clinical instructor or staff nurse
• 5 years of educational expertise in curriculum development, evaluation, and instruction
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
