Job Summary

Leading the strategy and delivery of injector education programs, the full-time Remote Clinical Education Manager will align training with skill levels and business goals, partner cross-functionally to execute clinical initiatives, and support key accounts while coaching Clinical Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic input into the design of national and regional educational programs aligned with injector skill levels and business objectives
• Lead on-site execution of live and virtual educational programs, coordinating with faculty and clinical specialists
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and impact on clinical outcomes

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in science or a health-related field
• Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner designation with over 5 years of clinical experience
• Experience in Health Education and Training is an asset
• Flexibility to travel up to 30% for business purposes
• Valid passport and driver's license
