Job Summary

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time Clinical Informatics Education Specialist will design and deliver innovative training programs for clinicians, ensuring user confidence and system adoption in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement curriculum rooted in adult learning principles for various training formats
• Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to enhance learning experiences
• Provide go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system usage

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field
• Epic certification in assigned modules within 6 months of hire
• Active license as a Registered Nurse or relevant clinician certification if applicable
• 2 years of experience in designing and delivering educational materials in healthcare
• 2 years of experience with clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
