Job Summary

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time Clinical Informatics Education Specialist will design curriculum and deliver training to clinicians and teams, ensuring user confidence and system adoption in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement effective training programs for clinical informatics systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create user-friendly educational content and resources
• Provide ongoing support and optimization to enhance user experience and system adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Informatics, or a related field
• Epic certification in one or more modules within 6 months of hire
• Active RN license or equivalent clinical certification if applicable
• 2 years of experience in designing educational materials and delivering training
• 2 years of experience with clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
