Registered Nurse Clinical Lead

Job Summary

To support the development of clinically-grounded solutions, the full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Lead will design care pathways, evaluate clinical capabilities, and ensure compliance with clinical governance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design care pathways that drive clinical outcomes and evaluate capabilities to ensure alignment with evidence-based practices
• Contribute to the development of AI agent evaluations and provide expert feedback on clinical safety and utility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer delivery needs and shape the clinical value narrative

Required Qualifications

• Active clinical license required (e.g., Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in clinical practice and direct patient care, preferably in population health or chronic disease management
• Familiarity with quality measurement frameworks and experience working with regulatory bodies
• Strong aptitude for translating complex medical information into patient-facing experiences
• Experience in reviewing clinical content and AI-generated outputs for accuracy and safety
