Registered Nurse Clinical Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Specialty Liaison - Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for specialty pharmacies and distributors, providing telephonic nursing services
• Manage coordination of specialty pharmacy operations and participate in customer meetings and training sessions
• Identify complex cases, triage appropriately, and provide ongoing communication to manage patient cases

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree and a professional nursing license in good standing
• Registered Nurse License, with a Compact State License required for telephonic roles
• Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
