Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Operations for Surgery Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely progression of members through surgical pathways
• Monitor operational KPIs and collaborate with internal teams to resolve care-related issues

Required Qualifications

• BSN or RN with a bachelor's degree, or AAS/ADN with significant clinical experience
• Registered Nurse with active, multistate licensure required
• Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience for BSN holders, or 7-8 years for AAS/ADN holders
• Experience leading clinical teams in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of surgical pathways and clinical decision-making
