Registered Nurse Clinical Performance Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Clinical Performance Lead, the full-time remote position will manage clinical interventions, patient care, and quality assurance while supporting clinicians and front-line staff in caring for members affected by renal disease.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage clinical interventions, assisting RNs and APPs with tasks and documentation
• Approve care plans, facilitate case rounds, and provide clinical support to field clinicians
• Conduct audits of medical charts, ensure compliance, and provide training on processes and workflows

Required qualifications

• Current, active unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in assigned states/territories
• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience within the last 5 years or equivalent clinical experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency using technology
