A company is looking for an Enterprise Clinical Policy Coordinator to facilitate the standardization of clinical policies and procedures across healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts literature searches and synthesizes findings to ensure evidence-based nursing policies are standardized across divisions
• Collaborates with clinical leadership to prioritize and expand the standardization of clinical policies and procedures
• Manages policy content within the repository and educates leadership on key policy changes

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in core nursing practices and routine care standards
• Ability to accurately interpret clinical research studies and publications
• Experience with software applications in a Windows environment
