Job Summary
Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Clinical Quality Coordinator for a full-time remote position, responsible for performing quality assurance reviews of peer review reports, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards, and providing insights on consultant quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client instructions and specifications
- Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
- Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues while promoting effective utilization of company resources
Required qualifications
- Active nursing license
- A minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and medications
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly in claims management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and typing skills of at least 40 W.P.M
