Registered Nurse Clinical Quality Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing nursing marketplace, the full-time Remote Registered Nurse Clinical Quality Lead will define high-quality clinical care standards, manage clinical incidents, and develop educational materials to enhance nursing practice across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain clinical standards, review criteria, and quality indicators for Float visits
• Investigate clinical incidents and adverse events, leading root cause analyses and corrective action processes
• Translate quality findings into educational resources and maintain clinical policies and SOPs

Required qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Five or more years of nursing experience, including at least three years in clinical quality or patient safety
• Direct experience conducting clinical incident investigations using root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies
• Strong command of nursing standards of practice and clinical documentation
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing precise and defensible findings
