Registered Nurse Clinical Quality Lead

Job Summary

To enhance clinical quality in a remote environment, the full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Quality Lead will define high-quality care standards, manage clinical incidents, and develop educational resources for independent nurses across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor clinical standards, indicators, and review criteria for nursing care
• Investigate clinical incidents and adverse events, leading root cause analyses and corrective action processes
• Translate quality findings into educational materials and maintain clinical policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least three years in clinical quality or patient safety
• Experience conducting clinical incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies
• Strong understanding of nursing standards of practice and medication administration safety
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing clear and defensible findings
