Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Resource Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support for complex patient care situations
• Develop and deliver education programs for nursing and non-nursing staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• 1-2 years in a leadership or educator role within a healthcare environment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
