Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate competitive cash-pay rates for high-cost procedures with hospitals and specialty facilities
• Audit hospital cash estimates and coding practices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clinical clarity on complex claims and financial metrics

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
• 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or surgical setting
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Managed Care
• Proven negotiation experience with hospital billing departments or payor-provider contracting
