Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of clinical service workflows, ensuring quality standards and operational deliverables are met
• Coordinate with external partners, providing service updates and managing workflow status
• Support onboarding and training for clinical staff, while monitoring operational trends and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in a compact licensure state
• Experience in Chronic Care Management (CCM, PCM, APCM)
• Strong operational and workflow management skills in clinical environments
• Ability to balance hands-on production work with oversight responsibilities
• Experience with monitoring service performance metrics and identifying operational trends
