Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Clinical Product Surveillance Specialist will independently investigate post-market complaints, provide clinical resource support, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while advocating for patient safety.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and investigate post-market complaints with potential safety issues and escalate as necessary
- Ensure timely processing and submission of adverse event reports to the FDA and coordinate international reporting
- Provide clinical insights and support during risk management and product development processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with at least 5 years of patient care experience or a BSN with 4 years or less of patient care experience and 2 years in a similar role
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing with the state or governing body
- Experience in clinical, medical device, or pharmaceutical risk management
- Knowledge of quality improvement and patient safety standards
- Familiarity with government and industry regulations for medical products
