Registered Nurse Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing medical device team, the full-time Clinical Specialist will provide clinical support and training for customers and end users while working remotely from Salt Lake City, UT.

Key responsibilities

• Provide live, telephonic, and email clinical support during business hours, including rotating after-hours backup
• Troubleshoot product issues and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines
• Deliver product training to customers and sales teams, customizing eLearning programs as needed

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree or higher preferred; consideration for Registered Dietitian
• Minimum of five years clinical experience in infusion, enteral feeding, and homecare preferred
• Medical device training experience is beneficial
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex clinical information clearly
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and webinar tools
