Job Summary

Supporting the development and implementation of clinical education programs, the full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Specialist will maintain onboarding systems and training materials remotely while ensuring provider readiness and clinical accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing clinical onboarding modules within the Learning Management System
• Translate clinical workflows and regulatory requirements into clear educational materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical readiness for client launches

Required qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to apply critical thinking in operational contexts
• Experience in clinical education, training, or onboarding
• Ability to interpret clinical workflows and create structured educational content
• Adaptability to new technologies and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
