Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor
Job Summary
Providing frontline leadership for a team of telephonic Registered Nurses, the fully remote Clinical Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, support nurse performance, ensure workflow adherence, and enhance the patient and caregiver experience in the Specialty Pharmacy Initial Clinical Engagement Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily performance and workflow execution for telephonic Registered Nurses supporting the Specialty Pharmacy program
- Monitor individual and team performance, conducting regular coaching sessions to improve productivity and quality
- Reinforce adherence to clinical workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements while ensuring a high-quality patient experience
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Minimum three years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, telephonic nursing, or healthcare contact center operations preferred
- Strong understanding of telephonic clinical workflows and compliance requirements
