Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Trainer & Auditor (Registered Nurse).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct clinical education courses and training for new employees
• Maintain complex audit processes and tools related to clinical operations
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and present findings to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related clinical field
• 4+ years of experience in nursing, training, or auditing in a managed care setting
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
• Current state nursing license
• Driver's license may be required for certain positions
