Registered Nurse Clinical Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of the Clinical Operations team, the full-time remote Registered Nurse Clinical Trainer will develop and deliver training programs, collaborate with clinical leaders to assess training needs, and utilize various learning methods to support clinical staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer large-scale internal learning programs for both in-person and virtual environments focused on clinical operations
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to assess training needs and create curriculum aligned with business goals
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve learning programs

Required qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a health-related field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical training or staff development in a healthcare setting
• Experience in managed care or population health training preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations, including HIPAA
