Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concept Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the exploration and execution of innovative concepts in healthcare billing and coding
• Identify and implement coding and billing logic development opportunities
• Collaborate with various teams to align and drive results in audit processes

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required; Bachelor's or Graduate degree preferred
• AAPC or AHIMA coding certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, coding, auditing, or CDI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and healthcare coding systems
• Prior auditing or consulting experience in a provider or payer environment is desirable
