Registered Nurse - Digital Support
Job Summary
Providing digital support to members, the part-time Registered Nurse - Digital Support will engage in clinical oversight, biometric monitoring, and communication via chat and in-app messaging while working remotely for at least 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support through digital communication with members
- Triage and escalate member communications and clinical program alerts within 24 business hours
- Collaborate with the care team, including care coordinators, dietitians, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing, preferably a compact license
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 8 AM and 8 PM
- Strong experience with electronic health record documentation and in-app communication tools
- Ability to adapt communication techniques to serve a diverse population effectively
- Must have a home office setup for private conversations and high-speed internet access
