A company is looking for a Director, Care Advice Line (Registered Nurse).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the 24/7 Nurse Triage Line, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of triage nurses while developing policies and training programs to enhance patient care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and implement risk management strategies to enhance patient safety

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with compact state license and additional licenses for CT, DC, and CA
• Master's degree preferred; BSN required
• Minimum 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in a telehealth or triage environment
• Experience managing large teams in a 24/7 operational setting and driving revenue growth
• Proficiency in call center technology and operational management methodologies
