Job Summary

Directing the standardization of clinical workflows, the full-time Remote Director of Nursing Practice will enhance operational efficiency and improve clinical outcomes through evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Standardize workflows and clinical processes to minimize inefficiencies and enhance practice alignment
• Utilize evidence-based models to strengthen recruitment and improve clinical outcomes while embedding patient and family voices into practice standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance metrics to ensure regulatory readiness and a culture of safety and excellence

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure required prior to hire or transfer date
• BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer date
• Master's degree in nursing required
• Experience with evidence-based nursing practice and quality improvement initiatives
• MSN and Clinical Nurse Specialist certification preferred
