Registered Nurse Evaluator

Job Summary

To support the evaluation of AI-driven clinical agents, the part-time contract Registered Nurse Evaluator will review agent interactions related to acute symptom triage, diabetes management, and travel health guidance, ensuring clinical accuracy and patient safety in a remote setting requiring up to 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Review recorded AI agent interactions for acute symptom triage and assess escalation decisions
• Evaluate agent conversations on insulin titration for clinical accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Provide actionable feedback to clinical and product teams based on structured evaluation rubrics

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or Nurse Practitioner license in the United States with current board certification
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct clinical experience in primary care or comparable acute-care settings
• Clinical experience managing diabetes, including insulin titration
• Strong knowledge of relevant triage protocols and clinical practice guidelines
• Ability to critically evaluate clinical reasoning and identify safety risks in clinical interactions
