Job Summary
Leading global workers' compensation and injury management programs, the full-time Registered Nurse Global Injury Coordinator will provide expert clinical leadership for complex cases while collaborating with various departments to optimize employee recovery and minimize costs, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages complex workers' compensation and injury management cases across global jurisdictions
- Provides clinical guidance for high-risk cases and coordinates medical management activities
- Analyzes claims and injury data to identify trends and drive operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing or Workers Compensation case management
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Occupational Health Nursing certification (COHN, COHN-S) preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in complex workers' compensation claim management across multiple jurisdictions
