Registered Nurse Health Specialist

Job Summary

Providing advanced clinical inquiry responses, the full-time temporary Registered Nurse Health Specialist will address health-related inquiries from medical professionals and government agencies while working remotely during an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST, using personal equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical inquiry responses to health-related questions from consumers and professionals
• Provide medical subject matter expertise on various CDC topics and respond to inquiries related to current events
• Perform advanced database searches and document all incoming inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a current RN license
• 2-4 years of experience in a medical, scientific, or public health discipline
• Clinical knowledge of CDC-related topics
• Proficient internet search skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
