Registered Nurse I - Surgery Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse I - Surgery Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake and assess member appropriateness for the Surgery Care program
• Coordinate the full case pathway and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
• Serve as a clinical point of contact for assigned COEs and collaborate with internal teams to resolve barriers

Required Qualifications

• Active multi-state Registered Nurse licensure
• BSN or RN with a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of Clinical Acute Care Experience, or AAS/ADN with 5-6 years of Clinical Acute Care Experience
• Clinical experience in surgery or a related specialty preferred
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems, including Microsoft Office and EMRs
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and care coordination is a plus
